Quality of Life Courtyard

This high end apartment community desperately needed more amenities to keep up with their competition. What was once a drainage nightmare has been transformed to a multiuse courtyard for outdoor dining and entertaining. The giant firepit was created to encourage large groups to socialize and act as a visual anchor to the space. Multiple outdoor kitchens are designed in a way to allow multiple groups to coexist comfortably. A previously unused space near the gym entrance is now a secondary seating area with a beautiful wood accent wall that hides utilities.
